When does the Bootcamp take place?
We’re finalizing the dates, but expect the bootcamp to be held sometime in September 2025.
How will time zones be handled?
We’ll schedule times to accommodate most teams. All sessions will be available for replay for 48 hours, with our team available on support hotlines.
What if our team isn’t available on those dates?
We’re developing a standalone Sprint Bootcamp solution with Talk Track Facilitation in Miro, allowing you to run the bootcamp anytime.
Why is the bootcamp so affordable?
We run multiple teams concurrently, allowing us to offer exceptional value for a facilitated bootcamp.
How do I buy a ticket?
We’re currently collecting contact information. Ticket sales are expected to open in Q2 2025.
What about the AI component?
We leverage ChatGPT metaprompts (from Bryan Cassady’s new Innovation Playbook) and AI tools like Miro’s built-in AI to accelerate and enhance each bootcamp phase.
What happens after the bootcamp?
You’ll remain connected to our alumni community and can continue working on your solution. We also offer support on request.
Do I need a Miro account?
No, we provide a Miro workspace for your team. You can continue using this workspace after the bootcamp.
Who facilitates our team?
We facilitate all exercises, set main timers, and provide guidance. Your team will need roles like a final decision-maker, timekeeper, and exercise champion to manage on-site collaboration. We’ll provide detailed information about team roles before the bootcamp.
Do we need to be in one room?
We recommend meeting in one room and streaming our facilitation via projector while working individually on Miro. However, you can also run the workshops remotely, with each attendee streaming our central facilitation and using a separate video chat for internal team communication. We’ll provide tips on minimizing acoustic feedback for remote setups.
